Al acceder o utilizar los servicios de SISTEMAS TECNOLOGIA E IMAGENES LTDA (STI) (databusqueda.com), usted acepta cumplir y estar sujeto a los siguientes Términos de Servicio. Por favor, léalos atentamente.

1. Descripción del Servicio

STI ofrece un sistema de Gestión de Relaciones con los Clientes (CRM) y automatización basada en Inteligencia Artificial. Entre nuestras principales características, nuestra plataforma permite la integración con APIs oficiales de terceros, incluyendo la de TikTok, para:

• Gestión de Mensajes Directos (DMs): Centralizar los mensajes entrantes y salientes de la cuenta de TikTok del cliente para facilitar la atención comercial y soporte.
• Respuestas Automatizadas (Chatbot): Ejecutar un motor automatizado (BOT) que analiza los mensajes de los clientes en tiempo real y ofrece respuestas instantáneas y personalizadas basadas en IA.

2. Licencia y Uso Aceptable

El uso de la integración de TikTok y nuestro CRM está sujeto a las siguientes condiciones:

• Cumplimiento de TikTok: Usted se compromete a cumplir estrictamente con los Términos de Servicio de TikTok, las Directrices de la Comunidad y las Políticas para Desarrolladores de TikTok.
• Prohibición de SPAM: Queda terminantemente prohibido utilizar el sistema para enviar mensajes masivos no deseados (SPAM), publicidad engañosa, o contenido que infrinja leyes locales.
• Seguridad de la Cuenta: El cliente es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso y de los tokens de vinculación de la API de TikTok.

3. Tratamiento de Datos del Usuario y Privacidad

El uso del CRM requiere el procesamiento de ciertos datos obtenidos a través de la API de TikTok. El procesamiento, almacenamiento y eliminación de estos datos se rigen de acuerdo con nuestra Política de Privacidad y las directrices de eliminación descritas en la página de Eliminación de Datos.

4. Propiedad Intelectual

El software, código fuente, algoritmos, y diseños de la plataforma STI son propiedad exclusiva de SISTEMAS TECNOLOGIA E IMAGENES LTDA (STI). La vinculación de su cuenta de TikTok no transfiere ningún derecho de propiedad intelectual sobre el software provisto.

5. Limitación de Responsabilidad

En ningún caso STI será responsable de interrupciones del servicio, suspensión de cuentas de TikTok por parte de TikTok Inc. debido al uso inadecuado por parte del cliente, o por la pérdida de datos derivada de la revocación de tokens de acceso externos.

6. Modificación de los Términos

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuo de la plataforma después de cualquier modificación constituye su aceptación de los nuevos Términos de Servicio.

By accessing or using the services of SISTEMAS TECNOLOGIA E IMAGENES LTDA (STI) (databusqueda.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of the Service

STI offers a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and automation powered by Artificial Intelligence. Among our main features, our platform allows integration with official third-party APIs, including TikTok, to:

• Direct Message (DM) Management: Centralize incoming and outgoing messages from the client's TikTok account to facilitate sales and support.
• Automated Responses (Chatbot): Run an automated engine (BOT) that analyzes customer messages in real time and provides instant, personalized AI-driven responses.

2. License and Acceptable Use

Use of the TikTok integration and our CRM is subject to the following conditions:

• TikTok Compliance: You agree to strictly comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Policies.
• Spam Prohibition: It is strictly forbidden to use the system to send unsolicited bulk messages (SPAM), misleading advertising, or content that violates local laws.
• Account Security: The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and TikTok API connection tokens.

3. User Data Processing and Privacy

Using the CRM requires processing certain data obtained through the TikTok API. Processing, storage, and deletion of this data are governed by our Privacy Policy and the deletion guidelines described on the Data Deletion page.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, source code, algorithms, and designs of the STI platform are the exclusive property of SISTEMAS TECNOLOGIA E IMAGENES LTDA (STI). Connecting your TikTok account does not transfer any intellectual property rights over the provided software.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall STI be liable for service interruptions, TikTok account suspensions by TikTok Inc. due to inappropriate use by the client, or data loss resulting from the revocation of external access tokens.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
